Caroline Yeboaa Apraku is a Ghanaian girl who developed an interest in Natural Resources Management during her childhood. She pursued this love for the environment, forests and their interactions with a focus on ecology and silviculture. After her bachelors in 2020, she was curious about building and maintaining sustainable cities to mitigate and adapt to climate change and how ecological interactions played a role in shaping people's understanding of building resilient cities. Her passion is mainly about bridging the gaps between forestry, climate, and people. Currently, she is studying for an MSc in Urban forestry in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and she is positive that she will pursue this passion through a doctorate focusing on urban forest eduaction and policies.
