This presentation will provide a history and evolution of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts and initiatives of The Wildlife Society (TWS). It will discuss TWS’ DEI Vision and efforts to integrate DEI into strategic goals, polices, practices, and ultimately to influence the culture of the wildlife profession.
