I propose a session with a mix of presentations, discussion, and hands-on marking up of draft Powerpoints and a data table to illustrate ways to make presentations more effective. I have done this at previous SAF meetings and published a large piece in Source on the subject.

Improve the clarity and effectiveness of presentations they give themselves
More effectively mentor and help others in improving their presentations.
Make attendees aware of useful books and materials on the subject.
