You asked for it, and we delivered! Join us for our seventh annual problem and solution discussion surrounding issues women in natural resources face in the contemporary workplace. Help devise solutions that "pay it forward," making natural resource-related professions a better place for women to contribute their talents/knowledge.

Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this session, participants will be better prepared to handle difficult situations in the workplace.
Upon completion of this session, participants will have had the opportunity to engage in a positive conflict/solution/resolution session that provides support on managing conflict.
Upon completion of this session, members of SAF and other attendees will have had the opportunity to engage in a constructive place and way to openly talk about challenges and solutions to those challenges. This is a continuing annual session that is very well attended every year and growing. We need 1 1/2 hours if at all possible and 2 would be even better!!!
