Chris is an economist with the Forest Service Policy Office in Washington DC, providing decision-making and analytical support for agency policy and direction, method and tool development, and rule-making. Expertise includes resource valuation and regulatory impact analysis. Chris has served as an economist for more than 20 years with US EPA and Forest Service, with prior experience as an environmental risk and toxicology consultant, and a field fech with the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Chris has a Ph.D. in Resource Economics and an a Masters in Public Health.
