Andrew Meier is the lead forester for the US Army Corps of Engineers St. Paul District Environmental Section. He leads a forest management and rehabilitation program on 24,000 acres of Corps-owned land in the Upper Mississippi River floodplain in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa between Hastings, MN and Guttenberg, IA. He also provides technical support and contract management for forest management actions on large-scale multi-agency habitat restoration projects on the Upper Mississippi River.
