Aishwarya Chandrasekaran is a PhD candidate in digital forestry at Purdue University with a keen interest in advancing the field of remote sensing for tree species identification. Her research focuses on developing innovative transfer learning and scaling approaches to monitor and map forests on a global scale.
Since 2018, Aishwarya has served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for FNR37500- Fundamental Remote Sensing course at her institution. With her passion for innovation and her dedication to advancing the field, Aishwarya is poised to make significant contributions to the world of digital forestry and remote sensing in the years to come.
