Caleb Redick is a restoration ecologist with an MS in forest biology from Purdue University. He was born and raised in Virginia, and gained a BS in biology at Lee University in Tennessee, while spending summers doing research in Michigan. He currently works with Dr. Douglass Jacobs at Purdue University in Indiana researching hardwood forest regeneration on reclamation sites in the midwest as well as maritime forest regeneration in coastal Georgia. Along with his wife he enjoys long-distance backpacking, playing music, and learning languages.
