Dipika Badal is a Master’s student and a Graduate Research Assistant at the College of Forestry, Wildlife and Environment. With a focus on the integration of emerging technologies and forestry practices, her work is centered on using UAV-based remote sensing technology to assess the impact of windstorm events on forest stands. With a keen interest in the Climate Change domain, Dipika is eager to explore the interactions of remote sensing technologies and climate and environmental changes, to further brainstorm inclusive solutions and contribute towards sustainable environment and development.
