Nadia Tase is a Senior Environmental Scientist working for the Fire and Resource Assessment Program in CAL FIRE. She focuses on issues surrounding forest and harvested wood product carbon sequestration, forest health, and climate change. Prior to working for CAL FIRE, Nadia worked for the U.S. Forest Service, Lake Tahoe Basin Management Unit as a Forester preparing and implementing fuel reduction projects in the Tahoe Basin. She has an M.A.S. in Natural Resource Management and Environmental Policy from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Biology with a concentration in Conservation Biology and Ecology from Boston University.
