Jamie Dahl, PhD (she/her) – is an Assistant Professor in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources at Colorado State University (CSU). She holds a doctorate degree in Education and Human Resources from CSU, focusing on engagement and inclusion within natural resource organizations. Jamie has a Bachelor of Science in Forest Management and a Master of Science in Forest Resources, Wood Procurement and Utilization, both from The Pennsylvania State University. She utilizes mixed methods and environmental justice frames in her current research. Jamie was SAF’s Mollie Beattie Visiting Scholar in Forest Policy (2020-21). She has worked in forest management, volunteer management, extension outreach, and communications. She is an active SAF member and chairs SAF’s Diversity and Inclusion Working Group. Jamie participates in the Women’s Forest Congress and is a Project Learning Tree Facilitator.
