I am a Forest Ecology and Management major at the University of Nevada, Reno. As an Honors College student, I had the opportunity to become a member of the Sri Lanka Wildlife Conservation Consortium. This project is funded by a National Science Foundation grant that allows students like myself to travel to conduct Human-Elephant Conflict research informed by collaborators from the Sri Lanka Wildlife Conservation Society. I also serve as an editor of the Nevada State Undergraduate Research Journal. After graduating in 2025, I hope to work for the US Forest Service or join a non-profit environmental science organization.
