My research interests primarily focus on the impacts of invasive species on native forests and the factors that can be utilized to minimize these impacts. My current project explores lingering green ash in the North Carolina Piedmont and the factors behind these surviving trees. My previous research has ranged from stand dynamics to tree root physiology.
