Sarah Puls is a student and researcher at NC State University. She received her BS in Natural Resources from NC State in 2022 with minors in Forestry and Chinese Language. She then continued on to a graduate program, where she is earning her MS in Forestry. Sarah developed her love of nature on hiking trips with her family growing up. She is passionate about climate change and using forests and silvicultural tools as a means for carbon storage.
