Understand communication steps to take to increase trust during times of ownership transition to continue sustainable forest management on the ground.

Upon completion participants will have a set of communication questions and steps they can implement immediately and increase their trust and relationship factor on the ground with new women landowners.
Upon completion participants will also be able to better understand why ownership transitions are the most critical time period to build relationships with family members by being able to more effectively communicate their plans and goals and minimize misunderstandings on the ground.
