Participants will leave with a personalized document capturing the unique web of factors and strategies influencing their forestry career growth.
Learning Objectives:
Compile a list of past inspirations that can inform their future career moves in forestry
Record existing talents and skills, as well as create a plan for developing and improving skills and talents for their forestry career
Identify individuals and/or organizations in the forestry industry who can provide guidance or support
Recognize and Develop strategies for overcoming obstacles that may impede their career progress in forestry
Incorporate their unique web of factors, such as personal values, interests, skills, and connections, to develop a vision for their forestry career
