Silvopasture management is the deliberate integration of livestock into a forested system. Unlike the more passive approach of woodland grazing, silvopasture requires strategic management of trees, livestock, and forages simultaneously. This session seeks to explore some of the nuances required to successfully integrate livestock into the woods through silvopasture management.
