Lands administered by the Department of Defense (DoD) require some unique forest management practices. In this presentation, Mr. Kevin Porteck will identify some of the special land management requirements on DoD lands, and some common and uncommon silvicultural practices employed to meet these objectives.
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to learn about the unique forestry practices used to meet the land management objectives on Department of Defense lands used for military training and testing activities.
